These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used on our website. 

We display content that does not belong to or originate from DigiCollector.  This content is the sole responsibility of the collector that makes it available.  We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.

Your DigiCollector Account

You may need a DigiCollector Account in order to access some segments of our website, or to use certain facilities on the website.  You may create your own DigiCollector Account, or your DigiCollector Account may be assigned to you by a DigiCollector administrator.  These terms of service apply regardless of how your DigiCollector account was created.

To protect your DigiCollector Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your DigiCollector Account.  Regardless of who logs in with your DigiCollector account, it is you who will be responsible for anything posted under that account.

You may stop using this website at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go.   You may terminate your account entirely, by contacting our administrator.  All content posted under your account will be removed.

You own your data and you preserve full rights to your data.  If you discontinue your account, where reasonably possible we will remove any usage of data you have posted under your account.

IN ALL CASES, DIGICOLLECTOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

Business uses of our Services

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify DigiCollector and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the website or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

The provisions of these terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.  Both you and DigiCollector consent to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg (or any successor to that division) in regard to all matters arising from these terms of service.
